At EKIKA, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the software and services we provide. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which customers can cancel their orders and request refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy

For Software Products:
You may cancel your software purchase within 3 days of placing the order, provided that the software has not been downloaded, installed, or activated.
Once the software has been downloaded, installed, or activated, no cancellations will be accepted.

For IT Services:
You may cancel service agreements or ongoing projects by providing 3 days notice in writing.
If the project has reached a significant milestone or if work has commenced, EKIKA reserves the right to charge for the work completed up to the cancellation date.

2. Refund Policy

For Software Products:
Refunds for software purchases will be processed only if the request is made within 3 days of purchase and the software has not been downloaded, installed, or activated.
Once the software has been downloaded, installed, or activated, no refund will be issued.
For subscription-based software, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the duration of use and reason for cancellation. No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods or unused services.

For IT Services:
Refunds for IT services will be provided only if the service has not yet been delivered or work has not yet commenced.
If work has started, a refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed. The final amount will be determined after a review of the project status and deliverables.
For ongoing support or subscription-based services, no refunds will be issued for partial periods or unused services after the service has started.

3. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, please follow these steps:

Provide Details: Include your order number, service agreement number, and a detailed reason for your cancellation or refund request.
Review Process: We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.

4. Processing Refunds
If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 15 business days using the original method of payment.
Refunds may take based on method of payment to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Any fees or deductions charged by third-party payment processors (e.g., PayPal, Razorpay, Bank Transfer) may be non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount.

5. Non-Refundable Items
The following products and services are non-refundable:
Customized software solutions or development projects once work has commenced.
Completed and delivered IT services or consulting.
Any digital products, once downloaded, installed, or activated.
Services where partial work has already been completed at the time of cancellation.

6. Exemptions
EKIKA reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of:
Customer misuse of the software or services.
Violation of the Terms and Conditions.
Requests made after the applicable cancellation or refund period.
